By using Sideline Scout, you agree to these terms. They’re meant to keep the community helpful and respectful for everyone. Please read through them — they’re not long.

Your contributions

When you submit ratings, reviews, photos, or tips to Sideline Scout, you retain ownership of your content. However, by posting it, you grant Sideline Scout a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and use your contributions within the platform to help other families.

You can delete your contributions at any time through your account, which will remove them from the platform.

User conduct

We ask that you use Sideline Scout responsibly. When contributing, please:

  • Share accurate, honest information based on your actual experience.
  • Don’t post spam, promotional content, or anything misleading.
  • Keep things respectful — no offensive, abusive, or hateful content.
  • Don’t upload photos that include identifiable children without parental consent.
  • Respect the privacy of others at venues.

Content moderation

Sideline Scout reserves the right to review, edit, or remove any content that violates these terms or that we determine is harmful to the community. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these guidelines.

Disclaimers

Sideline Scout is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do our best to keep information accurate, but venue details can change — conditions, amenities, and facilities may differ from what’s reported. Always use your own judgment when visiting a venue.

We are not responsible for the accuracy of user-submitted content or for any experiences you have at venues listed on the platform.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we’ll let you know through the app. Continued use of Sideline Scout after changes means you accept the updated terms.
